FAQ — FRANK ANSWERS to Questions

Because curiosity didn’t kill the cat. Boredom did.
Here’s your antidote.

THE EXPERIENCE

Is it like a museum or more like a movie?
It has the truth of a museum, the emotion of a film, and aspects of a first-person game. It’s immersive, atmospheric and sensory, less about reading, more about stepping inside.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. The experience is personal, and each visitor follows their own narrative. You may leave with something to share.
Will my experience be different from someone else’s?
Yes, by design. The guide you choose, the moments you notice, and the questions you leave with all shape a unique path.
Can I return and experience it differently?
Yes. On each visit you can follow a new character and uncover fresh layers. The story changes with your perspective.
Are there live actors? Will I interact with characters?
Live actors couldn’t keep up with the ruse. At times the past may feel closer than expected… we won’t spoil it, but you might meet someone not quite from your century.
When and where does the immersive exhibition open?

The first chapter of our journey begins in Paris, early 2026. The exact location, like the story itself, will be revealed in time. Join the waitlist , and you’ll be the first to receive access, previews, and priority booking.

Do I get anything to take home?
You leave with new knowledge (thanks, stealth learning) and moments you can hold onto. There will be photo-worthy spaces, and for younger visitors, an illustrated activity booklet on-site.

BEFORE THE VISIT

I’m not a history buff. Will I still enjoy it?
Yes, maybe even more. This isn’t a lesson; it’s a story you walk through. Curiosity is enough. You learn without realizing, and remember without effort.
How long should I plan for the visit?
Around 60 minutes, but it’s not timed. Take it slow, immerse deeply, or revisit a moment that moved you.
Can I arrive late or re-enter once I’ve left?
Re-entry isn’t permitted. If you’re late, we’ll try to rebook depending on availability. Arrive 10 minutes early, our Cabinet of Curiosities awaits (a.k.a. the experience shop).
Will children enjoy the experience?
Yes, designed for ages 6+. Playful, interactive elements throughout, and a Kids Book to take home.
What’s included in the ticket?
Access to the immersive exhibition and the companion webapp to choose a guide, unlock hidden content, and extend the story after you leave.
I have accessibility needs. Can I still visit?
Yes. We’ve designed the experience to be inclusive, physically, emotionally, and sensorially.
Can I store my coat or bag?
Yes, a cloakroom is available for coats and small bags. Large luggage may not be accommodated.

DURING THE VISIT

Is the experience overwhelming?
It’s full-sensory: sound, light, and emotion. If that feels intense, take your time, use headphones, or ask our team to help you adjust the pace.
Is there a quiet space or somewhere to rest?
There are pauses within the exhibition and some limited seating. If you need regular rest, tell our team, we’ll help you navigate comfortably.
Will there be food or drinks?
Fresh water is available at the Experience Shop.
Can I enter with a stroller?
Strollers are welcome with a designated parking area, but not inside the exhibition itself.
How do I use the webapp (a.k.a. The Key)?
No download. It opens in your browser, lets you choose a character, track your path, and revisit the story afterward. Scan the on-site QR code or use our link.
Do I need headphones?
Highly recommended for the best audio experience.
Will the webapp drain my battery?
It’s lightweight and smooth. We also offer portable battery packs, your story won’t stop halfway.
Can I take photos?
Please! No flash, no tripods, no filter packs called “melancholy Parisian ruin.” Be present—then post.
What is the Web app [a.k.a The Key]?
The Key is your digital companion throughout the visit. No downloads needed, it opens right in your browser and takes you into a one-of-a-kind audio guide. Five historical characters are ready to guide you, each with their own unique perspective. The hardest part? Choosing which one to follow. And that’s just the beginning: the app also helps you navigate the journey, identify spaces or objects with your camera, and uncover plenty of surprises along the way…

Still confused? Good. That means you’re paying attention.
