Original Narratives is a company registered in Spain. By interacting with our website or attending any of our Events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time by updating them on our site.

Participation Requirements
If the Event is outdoors, dress accordingly for all weather conditions.
If the Event is digital, you are responsible for having a stable internet connection and required devices.
If age restrictions apply, valid identification may be required upon entry.
Failure to comply with Event instructions or engaging in any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe by our team may result in removal from the venue or online platform without refund.
Ticketing & Fees
Tickets may be sold directly or via authorized third-party platforms. All purchases are subject to availability, and pricing may include administrative or service fees charged by the booking platform.
Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sources.
Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable unless:
The Event is canceled with no rescheduling.
A material error occurred during the booking process.
If an Event is canceled or rescheduled, we will contact you using the details provided during booking. In some cases, you may be offered a voucher or alternate booking option. Booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the ticketing platform.
No compensation will be provided for travel or accommodation costs in the event of a cancellation.
Age Restrictions
Some experiences may include age-sensitive content. Where noted, minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. ID may be required. We reserve the right to deny entry without refund if age requirements are not met.
Safety & House Rules
Guests must behave respectfully toward other attendees and our staff. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion without refund.
For in-person events, prohibited items may include (but are not limited to): weapons, illegal substances, large bags, outside food or drink, or professional camera equipment without prior authorization.
Photography & Media
Photography, video, or audio recording may be restricted during some Events. In certain cases, we may require devices to be secured in designated bags during the experience. For online Events, attendees are prohibited from recording or distributing content.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified. All media captured by Original Narratives or its partners remains the property of the Company.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and designs associated with Original Narratives Events remain the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without written permission.
Accessibility

Liability
Original Narratives is not liable for:
Personal injury or loss of belongings during Events, except where caused by negligence.
Disruptions due to weather, transportation delays, or force majeure events.
Incompatibility with personal devices for digital Events.
Our maximum liability in any instance is the amount paid for the Event ticket.
