Frequently Asked Questions
OUR EXPERIENCES
Is it like a museum or more like an immersive show?
It has the truth of a museum, the emotion of an immersive show, and aspects of a first-person game.
It’s immersive, atmospheric and sensory, less about reading, more about a first person experience.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. The experience is personal, and each visitor follows their own rythm, and narrative.
However, you may certainly leave with something to share.
Will my experience be different from someone else’s?
Yes, by design. The guide you choose, the details you notice, and the answers you find are unique to your experience.
If I return, can I experience it differently?
Yes, again, by design. On each visit you can follow a new guide and uncover new content. The story changes, so does your perspective.
Are there live actors? Will I interact with characters?
No, this experience is designed so it remains stable and autonomous. Live actors would lose their minds repeating their text over and over...
When and where does the immersive experience will open?
The first chapter of our journey begins in Europe, Fall 2026. The exact location, like the Epoch you'll dive into, will be revealed in time. Join the waitlist , and you’ll be the first to receive access, previews, and priority booking.
Do I get anything to take home?
You leave with a lot of effortlessly acquired new knowledge (thanks to our scenarists' stealth learning method) and moments you can hold onto.
There will be photo-worthy spaces, a souvenir shop, and for younger visitors, an illustrated activity booklet on-site available for purchase.
BEFORE THE VISIT
I’m not a History connoisseur. Will I still enjoy the experience?
Yes, a lot. This isn’t a lesson; it’s a story you walk through.
Curiosity is enough. You learn without realizing, and remember without effort.
How long should I plan for the visit?
The experience takes around 60 minutes to be completed, even if you can go at your own rythm.
Can I arrive late or re-enter once I’ve left?
Re-entry isn’t permitted. If you’re late, we’ll try to rebook depending on availability, without any guarantee if the slots are sold out or your delay is too important. We recommend to arrive 10-15 minutes early.
Will children enjoy the experience?
Yes, We designed a level of experience especially for kids from 6 years old. Playful, interactive elements throughout, and a Kids Book available for sale at the shop.
What’s included in the ticket?
Access to the immersive exhibition and the Audioguide (highly recommended to use)
I have accessibility needs. Can I still visit?
Yes. We’ve designed the experience to be inclusive, physically, emotionally, and sensorially.
Can I store my coat or bag?
Yes, a cloakroom is available for coats and small bags. Large luggage may not be accommodated. A stroller parking is also planned.
